What you will do

• Create a Wow experience for our people. From unforgettable events and celebrations to outstanding merch and creative presents for our colleagues
• Be the key person bringing insights and ideas on how to improve our culture and experience
• Manage the process of events organization from A to Z (i.e. picking the venue, negotiating with suppliers, setting timelines and budgets)
• Build event calendar (roadmap) and execute according to it
• Create workflow for all major tasks (e.g. event communication, designing, advertising)
• Attend events and act as the key person to ensure success
• If needed, moderate and host our events

What we expect

• 1+ years experience in managing and coordinating events
• Project management skills - you can easily manage your own time and priorities to meet tight deadlines
• Maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Public speaking skills - you’re not afraid of an audience
• You’re a great communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Creativity in crafting solutions
• Fluency in English
• Taking ownership and initiative sounds amazing to you
